The "way I would do it"
Over the last 30 years of boarding horses I have always looked at the people with their own properties and admired how they could provide things like free choice hay and extended turn-out. I finally get to offer that life not just to my horses but to my clients as well!
The Basics
12' x 16' Stalls with mats and shavings cleaned daily.
Daily turnout in grass paddocks (weather permitting).
Free choice bermuda, alfalfa, or mix as the owner desires.
Daily lunch of beet pulp soaked with flax and chia.
The Included Extras
Feeding of any supplements or grain prepared and provided by the horse owner with "lunch".
Fans in the stalls.
Blanketing as needed.
